How do I order my artwork?
Whether you’d like illuminated artwork, a kitchen splashback or a wallpaper mural, the first stop is to choose your image
You’re able to choose from the award-winning portfolio of Nick Jackson, from stock photography, or indeed send in your own.
We’ll need a few more details such as size and type of frame you’d like so fill in a contact form with as many details as you have or call us. We’ll get right back to you!
What price do your products start at?
Illuminated artwork – With industry leading lighting and print components, our backlit artwork starts at £975 for a frameless 30x20xm piece. The cost will also depend on type of framing, print material and size.
Splashbacks & shower screens – The price varies hugely depending on size and dimensions of glass to be cut but a reasonable ball park is £750-1,000 for a regular sized splashback. The shower screens tend to be a lot bigger than splashbacks so start around £2,000.
Wallpaper murals – Prices start at £50/m2 for murals which require pasting to the wall, or £60/m2 for those which are self-adhesive (and can therefore be re-used)
What payment options do you accept?
At present we accept bank transfers and PayPal.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees vary based on the size, weight and type of art you’ve ordered.
We strive to give you the best price and will break out shipping separately in the quotation before you buy.
Can you ship internationally?
Certainly! Let us know the destination and we’ll give you an accurate shipping cost.
When will my art arrive?
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item to firstname.lastname@example.org
We work hard with you during the design stage to make sure your artwork is exactly how you would like it to be. We will share images and designs for you to approve.
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of our artwork if your items arrived in good condition but you simply change your mind, we cannot offer a refund.

How and when we collect information
We collect “personal” information from you when you provide it to us. For example, if you purchase a product from us, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and email address. If you sign up to receive a newsletter, we will collect your email address. If you take advantage of special services offered by us, we may collect other personal information about you.
What we do with your information
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your address or e-mail address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you take advantage of special offers made by our marketing partners, we may, with your consent, transfer your personal information to them.
The personal information that you give us when you place an order is used to process and fulfill your order. We also use your personal information for our own internal purposes, such as providing customer support or providing, maintaining, evaluating and improving our products and services.
We partner with one or more credit card processing companies to assist us in processing your payment. However, those companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We may disclose the personal and non-personal information of our customers to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as a company that acquires our business. We may need to disclose your personal information when required by law or when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.
Your choice to opt-out of communications
If you are no longer interested in receiving e-mail announcements and other marketing information from us, please e-mail your request to email@example.com. Please include your complete name, e-mail address and mailing address.
